Circle K’s Data Science division was delivering at −56% predictability when I arrived — teams across the US and India pulling in different directions, with no shared intake process, shifting team membership, and no coherent delivery model. In three months, that number swung to +76%. Portfolio stability moved from −43% to +25% in the same period. The approach: stabilise team membership, establish clear accountability, implement common Agile ways of working, and build a portfolio planning and execution strategy aligned directly to business objectives.
