What was needed
A global Data Science division with shifting team membership, no consistent Agile practices, and a portfolio that was chronically under-delivering. Teams across the US and India were pulling in different directions, with no shared intake process and no coherent delivery model.
What I did
Stabilised team membership and established clear ownership and accountability. Implemented common Agile ways of working across all teams. Built and launched a comprehensive portfolio planning and execution strategy: from intake and triage through to technical delivery, testing, and release planning, all aligned directly to business strategic objectives.
