What was needed
Stop losing time and money to delivery waste. Unify six disconnected business verticals. Build a fraud and identity program capable of managing Frontier AI risk, all within a tightly regulated environment.
What I did
Stepped in as Scrum Master, earned rapid promotion to Program Manager, and rebuilt delivery across 15+ Scrum teams and 200+ engineers, analysts, and testers. Spearheaded a new Identity Access Management and Enterprise Fraud program with Frontier AI risk mitigations.

What was needed
Two newly formed global teams needed to find their rhythm fast; with no existing playbook, no shared ways of working, and 200+ stakeholders watching.
What I did
Built the operating framework from scratch. Established Agile practices, ceremonies, and workflows that gave the Liquidity and Deposit Accounts teams a foundation built to last with a portfolio Release Train planning and reporting structure to match.
What it meant
