Technology Leader with a track record of transforming portfolios and delivering measurable results.

Partners with organizations to bring the strategic clarity, cultural alignment and execution discipline to move from uncertainty to momentum.

From banking and insurance to healthcare to cybersecurity to retail - transformational change inside organizations where complexity is high and the cost of stagnation is not an option.

A disjointed team. No shared direction. Six months to turn it around.

When a team lacks cohesion, the problem is rarely individual performance, it is the absence of shared processes, clear priorities, and a culture focused on value over activity. At Health Services Advisory Group, I built all three from scratch. The results were measurable within three months.

The full picture

What was needed
A fragmented team with no defined processes, poor financial control, and no shared way of prioritising or planning resources. IT and the business were misaligned, morale was low, and delivery was unpredictable. The organisation needed structure, focus, and a culture shift, not just a manager.
What I did
Transformed a disjointed team into a cohesive unit by instituting defined processes and methods to measure progress. Drove the implementation of Agile practices to improve financial control, prioritisation, and resource planning. Introduced user stories and sprint reviews to create early client feedback loops and reframe team behaviour around value delivery rather than task completion.
What it meant
  • 63% improvement in additional value delivered (velocity) in just three months
  • Employee morale improved as teams gained clarity, purpose, and a shared way of working
  • Partnership between IT and the business strengthened. IT became visible as a value driver, not a cost centre
  • More frequent and predictable delivery of measurable business value achieved through changed team behaviour and stakeholder relationships
