What was needed

A Service Management Provider needed customer infrastructure and software migrated to new platforms on time, with minimal disruption, and with customers kept informed at every stage. Network engineers needed coordinating, incidents needed triaging, and progress needed to be communicated clearly to people who did not want surprises.

What I did

Oversaw the end-to-end migration of customer infrastructure and software to new platforms. Managed network engineers through the technical delivery while simultaneously serving as the primary liaison to customers; handling incident triage, progress updates, and keeping trust intact throughout a process that is inherently disruptive.
