What was needed
Build a fraud and identity program capable of managing Frontier AI risk. Qualified through PMI as a Project Manager for AI Projects (CPM-AI), so that I could understand how to run this specific sort of project.
What I did
Spearheaded a new Identity Access Management and Enterprise Fraud program with Frontier AI risk mitigations.
What it meant
  • Teams staffed from scratch to assess the threat, engage with vendors and internal stakeholdrs like Fraud, User Experience and Cybersecurity, to create a bank-wide common solution to proptect our frontier and mitigate fraud risk.
  • Audit and compliance requirements met for a major financial institution
